Timothy McCoy has made significant strides in the business world in various areas of Massachusetts, including Boston. He kickstarted his journey by earning a bachelor of arts in sociology & anthropology from Rollins College in 1985.

In the corporate landscape, Mr. McCoy's story unfolds with his pivotal role as the operations manager at Colley McCoy Co. from 1995 to 2000. Overseeing 20 McDonald's restaurants, he won numerous company contests and guided his managers to outstanding manager awards.

In 2000, Mr. McCoy ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing the T.H. McCoy Restaurant Group, owning and managing several McDonald's restaurants in Boston, Chelmsford, and other areas of Massachusetts. His leadership prowess led to numerous regional and national awards, including the McDonald's Operational Excellence Award in 2022.

Beyond the business realm, Mr. McCoy is a passionate community advocate. He previously served on the boards of Ronald McDonald Charities of Eastern New England, Brooks School, The Genesis Foundation for Children, and Merrimack College. As an avid sports enthusiast, he currently holds the position of international president at Tralee Golf Club in Ireland, reflecting his love for golf and global exploration.
